Tim Hortons, a renowned Canadian multinational coffee and fast-food chain, has announced to launch its franchise for the first time in Karachi on December 12.
“Tim Hortons is all set to land in Karachi. Opening doors on 12th December 2025 at DHA Phase 8, Karachi. See you at Tims!,” the Canadian fast-food chain wrote in a social media post.
Tim Hortons is famous for its signature coffee and donuts. The restaurant also offers a wide range of quick meals, breakfast options, and snacks. It is owned by Restaurant Brands International Inc (RBI), a Toronto-based company that also owns other fast food brands including Burger King and Popeyes.
Highlighting the divide: coffee at Tim Hortons and Pakistan’s economic woes
Its first café in Pakistan opened in Lahore in February 2023. Currently, items available on the Tim Hortons Pakistan website are priced in the range of Rs 350 to Rs 1,050.
The Canadian restaurant already has 13 branches in various Pakistani cities, including Islamabad, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Peshawar.
Tim Hortons currently has over 5,100 restaurants across 13 countries, including in the United States, Mexico, Spain, the United Kingdom, across the Middle East, China, Thailand and the Philippines.
