US-based insurance brokerage CCIG has acquired domestic peer Carver & Associates Insurance Services for an undisclosed amount.

Headquartered in Colorado, Carver & Associates offers personal and commercial insurance solutions.

The business focuses on Colorado’s Front Range and Phoenix, Arizona, markets.

CCIG believes this purchase will strengthen its foothold in key south-western US markets including Austin, Texas, and Phoenix.

The acquisition is part of CCIG’s organic expansion strategy aimed at enhancing its services for middle-market clients.

The company said that clients of Carver & Associates will gain expanded carrier access through the deal.

CCIG teams up with national, regional and specialty carriers in the US.

CCIG chief operating officer JB Richardson said: “The acquisition of Carver & Associates aligns with our vision of expanding CCIG’s reach while maintaining the highest standards of service and risk management expertise. CCIG and Carver & Associates share a deep commitment to integrity and a client-first approach, allowing our teams to deliver industry-leading strategies.”

Carver & Associates president Don Carver stated: “CCIG’s approach to risk management and its dedication to tailored insurance solutions make this a perfect fit. Together, we will provide even greater value to our clients, ensuring they have the most comprehensive and cost-effective protection available.”

Founded in 1985, CCIG is known for its commercial line, surety, employee benefits and private client insurance brokerage services.

In 2023, it purchased Cairn Advisors, an employee benefits company.

“CCIG buys US insurance broker Carver & Associates ” was originally created and published by Life Insurance International, a GlobalData owned brand.
