Every weekday, the CNBC Investing Club with Jim Cramer releases the Homestretch — an actionable afternoon update, just in time for the last hour of trading on Wall Street. Market update: Stocks are nudging higher for the second session in a row. Beyond some retail earnings and results from a couple of enterprise software names, there is no major news driving the market. That will change at around 4:20 p.m. ET when Nvidia’s earnings results are released. The potential impact to Nvidia’s earnings on the rest of the market could be far reaching — affecting other semiconductors and technology companies that play a role in the AI chip supply chain, the cloud hyperscalers that are investing hundreds of billions of dollars in AI, and the industrials such as Eaton and GE Vernova whose electrical and power generation equipment are necessary to support the data center buildout and their consumption needs. Key numbers for after the bell : Here are the consensus estimates compiled by LSEG that Nvidia will have to beat: In the fiscal second quarter, Nvidia is expected to report revenue of $46.06 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $1.01. For the fiscal third quarter, Nvidia is expected to guide revenue of $53.14 billion and gross margins of about 73.3%. Nvidia does not provide an adjusted earnings-per-share outlook. Club holding CrowdStrike also reports after the close. Here are the consensus estimates compiled by LSEG that the cybersecurity company will have to beat: In the fiscal second quarter, CrowdStrike is expected to report revenue of $1.15 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $0.83. For the fiscal third quarter, CrowdStrike is expected to guide revenue of $1.23 billion and adjusted earnings per share of $0.91. Up next: Earnings from Snowflake , HP Inc , Five Below , Agilent , and Urban Outfitters after the bell.
