KHARKIV, Ukraine (AP) — As leaders arrived in Washington to discuss how to end Russia’s three-year war in Ukraine, civilians in Ukraine were killed and wounded by Russian missile strikes Monday in the eastern city of Kharkiv. Meanwhile in Kyiv, the capital, mourners held a funeral ceremony for a fallen soldier.
