This growth reflects the ministry’s digital and AI integration, enhancing services and customer experience

The UAE Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) announced that it has completed over 34 million smart transactions during 2024, marking a remarkable 59 percent increase compared to the previous year, which recorded more than 20 million transactions.

This growth showcases the ministry’s effective embrace of digital solutions and the integration of AI technologies, promoting its initiatives to reduce bureaucracy, enhance its service ecosystem, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Strengthening national competitiveness

Additionally, it plays a significant role in the nation’s leadership and competitiveness within government services, solidifying the UAE’s standing as a premier global digital economy and an optimal place for living and working.

Meeting customer expectations

The growth also highlights how well MoHRE’s smart service ecosystem meets the evolving needs and expectations of customers, providing improved reliability, security, and accessibility. This enhancement, in turn, boosts customer satisfaction and underscores the ministry’s dedication to prompt service delivery with the utmost standards of efficiency, excellence, and competitiveness.

Commitment to continuous improvement

The ministry, WAM reported, remains unwavering in its commitment to govern and refine its smart services platform, which encompasses over 100 services available around the clock through its website and mobile application. This initiative is part of a larger vision to augment labor market competitiveness, enhance business flexibility, and provide world-class services.

Alignment with national strategies

These efforts align seamlessly with the government’s digital transformation agenda, supporting the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, and facilitating smooth and efficient business operations.
